Momentum Life, part of the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings group, is offering a structured Learner Programme aimed at providing qualifying candidates with the opportunity to gain a Certificate in Long Term Insurance (NQF Level 4). The programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace exposure in the Financial Services industry. Learners will gain hands-on experience in operations and client servicing, while developing the skills necessary to build a strong foundation for a future career in insurance and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks within Momentum Life, ensuring compliance with policies and service standards
• Assist with client service-related activities, including capturing information accurately and responding to queries
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data capturing and reporting
• Manage time effectively by prioritizing tasks and working systematically in a high-pressure environment

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• May have an incomplete tertiary qualification (advantage)
